Cameron Metzger (Harriton HS ’16) and Jack Lunger (Radnor HS ’15) joined forces this year playing for University of Pittsburgh rugby team. Both had a successful Fall season on Pitt’s B squad, Cameron playing mostly at Full Back and Jack at Fly Half. Pitt’s nationally-ranked rugby program had a good run in the Keystone Conference before eventually falling to St Joes’s.
Here they are pictured after a win at Millersville 17-10. As a freshman, Cameron was keen to pursue college rugby after three great years with Narberth and he has found an immediate connection in Pitt’s strong rugby program.
